Free Bible Discussion Seminar
Commencing Thursday 29th January, 7.30 p.m. - 9p.m. (includes refreshment break): Christadelphian Hall, 110 Pontardulais Road, Gorseinon, SA4 4FQ.
All welcome.
We will systematically work through the Bible Books of Samuel, tracing the
fascinating lives and interaction of three men:-
- Samuel - called by God to dedicate his whole life as a Priest/Prophet, spearheading a great reformation of the Nation of Israel.
- Saul - chosen by popular demand to be the first human King of Israel. He started well but ended his life in ignominy and tragedy.
- David - "a man after God's own heart". From lowly origins as a shepherd boy, he was chosen by God to be the greatest human King of Israel to date and one of the most significant ancestors of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The evenings are intended to be informal, interactive reading sessions. Discussion and questions are welcomed. Please come along - we’d love to see you.
